1. Acceptance of Terms

Each person may register only one account on Pinay Play. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You must keep this information updated. Pinay Play cannot be held responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pinay Play login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. Any actions taken through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — are your responsibility until you report unauthorized access.

Pinay Play reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Pinay Play processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online Banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Pinay Play reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false documentation.
• Breach of bonus terms or suspected bonus abuse.
• Conduct that Pinay Play determines poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be made available for withdrawal. If violations are confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part, depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your Pinay Play account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the closure date. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally, subject to verification requirements.
